END USER LICENSE
AGREEMENT

License Grant

LOWEN PLAY GAMES HUB LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, for personal entertainment purposes.
• Access and use the online platform and services provided through the App in accordance with this EULA.
• Use the App's features, including game browsing, reward systems, leaderboards, and profile customization, for personal non-commercial use.

This license does not include any right to sublicense the App to third parties.

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization from LOWEN PLAY GAMES HUB LTD.
• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or other tools to access or interact with the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or related infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems.
• Use the App in any unlawful manner or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Exploit, abuse, or circumvent any feature, reward system, or virtual currency mechanism within the App.

Intellectual Property

The App is licensed, not sold. LOWEN PLAY GAMES HUB LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or trade names of LOWEN PLAY GAMES HUB LTD.

Virtual Currencies and Items

The App includes virtual currencies (Coins and Diamonds) and virtual items (avatars, frames). These are provided under license as part of the App experience and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be:

• Exchanged for real money or real-world goods or services
• Transferred to other users or accounts
• Redeemed for any value outside the App

LOWEN PLAY GAMES HUB LTD reserves the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual currencies and items at any time without liability.

Social Casino Disclaimer

Lowen Play Games Hub is a free-to-play social casino application for entertainment purposes only. No real money is wagered, won, or lost. The App does not constitute gambling and is not intended to be used as such. Success in the App does not imply or guarantee success in real-money gambling. This App is intended for users aged 18 and older.

User Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein, including usage data, device information, and locally stored game progress.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOWEN PLAY GAMES HUB LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The App is a social casino entertainment tool and does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or entertainment value.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOWEN PLAY GAMES HUB LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of virtual currencies or items, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the App.
• You must delete or destroy all copies of the App on your devices.
• Any virtual currencies or items associated with your use of the App will be forfeited.

LOWEN PLAY GAMES HUB LTD may also terminate this EULA at any time for any reason, including discontinuation of the App.

Updates and Modifications

LOWEN PLAY GAMES HUB LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the App. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed on your device. You acknowledge that the App may require such updates to continue functioning properly.

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by updating the date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction applicable to LOWEN PLAY GAMES HUB LTD.
